Who sends you SMS messages
FrontDesk Global is a SaaS platform operated by X3 E-Commerce LLC d/b/a FrontDesk Global (Howell, Michigan, USA). Local businesses (clinics, salons, dental practices, auto repair shops, home-service providers, and similar small businesses) use our software to send SMS messages to their own customers. The business is the sender of record; FrontDesk Global provides the delivery infrastructure on their behalf.
What you may receive
- Customer Care: support replies, service follow-ups, and direct responses to questions you have sent the business.
- Account Notifications: appointment confirmations, booking reminders, no-show prevention messages, and updates about services you have requested.
- Marketing: opt-in review requests, retention offers, and promotional messages from businesses you have asked to hear from.
Message frequency varies by business and by message type. Marketing messages will never be sent to customers who have not opted in.
How consent is collected
Digital opt-in (this page)
Customers can opt in directly on this page using the form below. Submission requires an affirmative check of the consent box and creates a timestamped record that includes the consent text, the IP address, and the User Agent of the device used to submit. The record is retained for a minimum of four (4) years.
Point-of-service opt-in (paper or verbal)
When you become a customer of a local business that uses our platform — for example by booking an appointment, completing a transaction, or filling out an intake form — the business will ask whether you wish to receive SMS messages. The disclosure presented to you at that moment uses the same language shown below. If you say yes (verbal) or check the box (paper or digital), the business records your consent and passes your phone number and the consent flag to FrontDesk Global through our secure API. We do not enroll any phone number into SMS without that explicit consent record on file.

How to opt out
At any time, reply STOP to any SMS message we send you from the business’s number. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or STOPALL with the same effect.

Privacy & data handling
FrontDesk Global will never sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have asked the business to send, and are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Carrier support
FrontDesk Global SMS is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
